At Aeromao we not only manufacture UAVs, we also provide outstanding high-resolution geo-referenced aerial images (e.g. orthophotos) as well as  'near ortho-rectified photomaps', according to your requirements of precision and  budget.

Our photomapping service is recognized to be:

• Very high precision & high resolution: up to 15 - 20 cm of accuracy and/or 3 - 15 cm/pxl of resolution. We implement ground-based GPS control as part of image post-processing to ensure accuracy of each project. 
• Very high-speed response: as we use our own unmanned aircraft we can perform our flights within a matter of hours, capturing and providing the data in almost real time. (Subject to processing times of the Special Flight Operations Certificate from Transport Canada, when operating within Canadian Territory).
• Low cost: our unmanned aircraft can be operated at a fraction of the cost of other traditional solutions such as manned airplanes or satellite pictures, which can be very expensive, weather dependant, and requires more time for setup or deploy on the area.
• Ideal for a wider range of applications: we have been increasingly serving sectors such as asset mapping, property layouts, forestry, agricultural, data collection, land surveys & land management, oil & gas, general mapping applications, environmental services, engineering projects, and land stock calculations. HOW WE DO IT:

• We have more than 8 years of experience providing government and private customers with our services, in different countries. Please go to About Us to know more about our past projects and experience. 

• We fly our AeroMapper UAV by waypoint navigation using an autopilot, keeping the required technical parameters such as altitude, image overlap and georeferencing to ensure acuracy.

The result:  a high resolution orthophoto, corrected or semi corrected (depending of the precision requiered by the customer) with a pixel size of 3 - 15 cm depending on the altitude at which the flight was performed.

We use high resolution gyrostabilized cameras on our UAVs and we perform ground photocontrol accordingly, depending on the requirements of each mission.
