This is the world’s first vertical takeoff – water landing capable fixed wing UAV system for multiple applications such as aerial surveying, mapping, maritime surveillance, monitoring, marine and coastal patrolling. It can safely take off vertically from any vessel’s deck or from small boats without launchers. Landing on the water eliminates the complexity and danger of landing a drone back on a ship’s deck and removes the need for skilled pilots.
